What's this?

There is much fear in the world about viruses and disease at the moment, and you might be thinking that:

  • There's nothing you can do to alter the course of an infection
  • You're vulnerable to every bacterium and virus out there and you can't prevent infection
  • Your body will eventually give in to serious illness.

This kind of thinking can lead to:

  • Anxiety, fear and loss of reasonable thinking
  • Grasping for short term remedies that do not actually address or prevent illness
  • A reduced quality of life.

But the fact is, that you're NOT vulnerable to every bacterium, virus or infection. You are STRONG. Your body has an innate capacity to DEFEND itself if you know how to help it.

Our immune systems are POWERFUL and highly ADAPTIVE. There's lots you can do to support it to function optimally.

Stop living in fear of getting sick and start doing more to PREVENT illness in the first place.

In this webinar, we have come together to share powerful, evidence-based strategies to help you optimise your immune system and protect your body against infections.

Here are some of the things you will learn:

  • How to make a nourishing broth to optimise your health
  • How what you eat can boost your immunity
  • How to stay healthy during the cold and flu season.

We will SHOW you how to make an immune-boosting broth, and we will share strategies, tools and tips to help you optimise your immune system. There will, of course be a Q&A session at the end.

Kamaldeep Sidhu MNIMH: Medical Herbalist and Health Coach specialising in gut health and longevity.

Jenni Willis: Registered Nurse and Independent Thermomix Advisor and Team Leader who is passionate about gut health, food and nutrition.

Pilar Ashe: Smallholder who is passionate about animals, ecology, the environment and sustainability. Co-founder of a non-profit organisation in Spain supporting organic farming

Dr Antony Ashe MB BS: Integrative Health Consultant at the Green Practice, Tetbury, Gloucestershire.

We look forward to seeing you there!

"Just keep doing what you're doing! Spreading the good word about herbs!"

"I'm not sure where to begin! I loved every session and there was far more there than I expected. We were lucky to have such a lovely group and Kamaldeep was a fantastic teacher. This is a great course for anyone with an interest in holistic remedies, nature and what the plants on our doortstep can do for us. It's left me itching to grow some plants, make tinctures and start adding more herbs to my food...this has opened my eyes and been really informative"
