Cancellation Policy

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy I understand that sometimes plans change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please read the policy below: Cancellations • Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance will be eligible for a full refund. • Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice are non-refundable, as your appointment time has been reserved exclusively for you. Rescheduling • You may reschedule your session up to 48 hours before your appointment, subject to availability. • Rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of your appointment will be treated as a cancellation unless there are exceptional circumstances. No Shows • If you do not attend your scheduled appointment without prior notice, the session will be considered a missed appointment and is non-refundable. Running Late • If you're running late, please let me know as soon as possible. I’ll do my best to accommodate you, but sessions cannot be extended beyond the scheduled end time. • If you are more than 15 minutes late without contact, the session will be considered a no-show. In the Event of Illness or Emergency I appreciate that sometimes unexpected things happen. If you're unwell or facing an emergency, please get in touch as soon as possible.
